About Great Pro-Spects

GREAT PRO-SPECTS, LLC has performed several thousand home inspections since 1995.  We are a full service company offering additional services such as water analysis, radon-in-air testing, radon-in-water testing, well flow tests, and wood destroying insect evaluations.  We are licensed by the State of Connecticut to perform Home Inspections and Wood Destroying Insect Inspections and we are fully insured. We also offer additional services.  We are members of CAHI, the  Connecticut Association of Home Inspectors.

We have two full time inspectors with over eighteen years of combined experience.  We can usually schedule your home inspection within a few days working days of your call.  We are available for any follow-up questions you may have. Saturday and late-day appointments are available, daylight permitting. 

Michael Cunningham has been performing home inspections since 1995 and has a Masters Degree in Environmental Sciences and has experience performing Energy Conservation Inspections for the electrical utilities and with the Department of Environmental Protection.

Michael Carpenter has been performing home inspections since 2002 and has a Bachelors Degree in Construction Technology and has experience as a Construction Supervisor. 

Kim Cunningham is the Office Manager and is always informative, friendly, and helpful.
